Prime Minister Edi Rama stands out for his way of elections and delivering messages. It has been decided that the summit of the Berlin Process, which will be held on October 16 in the capital, will be organized and held at the so-called "Pyramid", the former museum of the dictator, Enver Hoxha.

On October 16, the day of the dictator's birth, in the museum built for the dictator, Prime Minister Edi Rama, who is the chairman of the party founded by former dictator Enver Hoxha, will hold the Berlin Process summit.
