Murder of elderly people in Dropull/ Gjirokastra Prosecution requests 30 years in prison for the perpetrator

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Gjirokastër, at the conclusion of the investigations and judicial review, requests 30 years in prison for citizen Th. M., accused of the criminal offense of 'Murder in other qualifying circumstances' provided for by Article 79/dh of the Criminal Code.

The investigations into criminal proceedings no. 240, of 2024, concluded that the defendant Th.M. is guilty and the Prosecution at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Gjirokastër, in presenting the final argument, requests his sentence of 30 years in prison for the murder of the elderly couple KI and KI, in the village of Bodrishtë, Dropull.
