Shehi, in support of the protesters: They are Europe, the youth of Albania

The head of the LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, has stated that he supports the protests and the protesters. For Shehi, the protesters are Europe, the youth of Albania.  

"I have supported the protesters and I will continue to support them. There may be extremists and people against my ideas, but I have always told you: Çuna, you should take a big European flag, because you are Europe. Europe is these, the youth of Albania. You are the West," said Shehi.

Further, invited to the "Now" show with Erla Mëhilli, he spoke about foreign investments in Albania, saying that he would prefer them to come from Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.

"I would like these investments to be German, Austrian, Dutch, to be from where we have taken our toads. The money should come from the West, not where these deposits in the Persian Gulf and Dubai lead," he declared.

The sheikh said that he expresses his views to be heard by citizens.

"Whoever wants to listen to me, listens to me, whoever doesn't, doesn't. I speak so that the citizens can listen to me. This is my idea," said the head of the LZHK./ CNA
