The Mayor of Kamza, Rakip Suli, has presented himself again to SPAK. He stated that today he appeared to submit some documents to the Special Prosecutor's Office.
Suli is accused of the criminal offenses of "Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions", "Abuse of duty", "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions" and "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions".
So far, 4 officials have been summoned to the Special Prosecutor's Office. After the investigations, it turned out that there are several cases of abuse of the compensations of the reconstruction fund with the practices of Ds1 Ds2 Ds3 Ds4 Ds./ CNA
