Këlliçi denounces Jet Bank again: Lack of transparency since day

Democratic MP and DP Vice President, Belind Këlliçi, raised the issue of 'Jet Bank' today.

Through a post on social media, Këlliçi emphasizes that this digital bank cannot claim the trust of citizens, while refusing minimal transparency from the first day of its public appearance.

According to the democrat, there are a number of question marks regarding this private bank, while citizens are served general statements, silence, and complete censorship.

Këlliçi also emphasizes that there have long been serious reasons to request a public investigation and clarification regarding the way 'Jet Bank' was conceived and administered in Albania.

Full post:

J et Bank cannot demand the trust of citizens while refusing minimal transparency!

After successive scandals with the leakage of personal data, any attempt to give a private bank with zero experience, access to state records, must be accompanied by absolute transparency. But transparency is precisely what has been missing, since the first day of the public appearance of the name Jet Bank!

The questions are simple:

Who authorized this process? Which records will be accessed? What data will be obtained? Who controls these procedures? Who is responsible in case of abuse?

Instead of answers, citizens are served general statements, silence, and complete censorship.

Even more worrying is the fact that Jet Bank's name, along with Jet Tech, is directly linked to Durana Tech Park, a project that the DP has long denounced for its lack of transparency and serious doubts about its conception and administration. These are reasons that require more public investigation and clarification, not secrecy.

Albanians are not a "product" and their personal data is not loot to be divided between the government, private interests, and criminal groups, like the ANA.

In a country where personal data has been constantly leaked, where salaries, patents, and sensitive data of citizens have been published, trust is not earned through propaganda, but through transparency, accountability, and strong legal guarantees!

Until then, any expansion of access to state records raises serious and legitimate concerns for every citizen.

The criminal history of the ANA and the structured criminal group that managed this 'Rama's private garden' is still very fresh.

Jet Bank cannot continue to evade public responsibility for transparency and absolute guarantees for the savings of Albanian citizens./CNA
