Czech MEP denounces Rama/ "He uses his family members to transport money

The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, today brought to attention a statement made in a television interview by Czech MEP, Tomas Zde?ovski.

In a conference with journalists from the blue headquarters, Berisha focused on the denunciation made by the MEP, according to which Prime Minister Edi Rama uses his family members to transport money abroad.

According to the chief democrat, the MEP's statement in the Albanian media is the most serious indictment made against Edi Rama personally.

"Today I am here for the statement of the Member of the European Parliament, Tomas Zdeçovski, who yesterday denounced in one of the Tirana media outlets, Edi Rama as the man who uses his family members to transport money abroad.

Mr. Zdeçovski emphasizes that we are following the money. We are therefore following this criminal activity of Edi Rama with the money stolen from Albanians or the money of Albanian traffickers.

This statement in the European Parliament was made only for dictators like Gaddafi and never for any other leader of a free European country.

"The MEP's statement in the Albanian media is the most serious indictment made personally against Edi Rama and his family by a prominent personality in the European Parliament, who states that we are following the money," Berisha said. /CNA
