The mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has made a reaction on social networks regarding the heavy rains, which have caused flooding and paralyzed traffic in the capital.
Veliaj calls on citizens to be careful and avoid unnecessary movements, as a result of bad weather.
Also, he appeals to citizens to help elderly neighbors and call the emergency number in case of need.
