Analyst Fatos Lubonja thinks that the agreement for immigrants from third countries between Italy and Albania will not be realized and that it is a bubble.

Invited to the show Open, Lubonja showed what is behind the scenes of this agreement. According to him, Albania is being used as deterrence to scare the refugees.

The analyst points out that Rama made this agreement after Meloni promised him that he would help Albania join the EU.

 "I see that you take this topic very seriously. I had just finished watching a show in Italy dealing with this subject. Travalio laughed out loud when he described how the Italian police would have to be flown in here. It is a thing that will not come true. It's just a bubble. Even Renzi, Rama's friend, when asked, said; this is a bubble. The sense of debt has nothing to do with it. He says these things, but I was taken by journalists who asked for my opinion and said; how he forgot that the Albanians were locked in the stadium, or about the immigrants who said; let's drown them in the sea. This is nonsense, which this one does to us again.

Here in Italy there is a problem that two arguments have found, which for Albania is a horror; this is deterrence policy, which is used for the nuclear bomb, so that you are afraid. Albania is being used as deterrence. These immigrants who will take the ship, will think twice, and will not want to come, because they know they will not go to Italy. Albania is used to scare them. They say that Rama did it because Meloni promised him to help him enter the EU. But this is what Meloni has in hand. This man has a problem (Rama), he wants to be legitimized. He buys the intellectuals, invites anyone to clean the dirty money. Above all, he has made policies to gain international legitimacy.
