e-Albania changes/ Chat and video communications soon

The e-Albania application will change soon. This was announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

He said that very soon e-Albania will not be as it is today, but you will have it in the chat.

You will communicate with e-albania by getting orientations by having an assistance available first by chat and later by video, he said.

This will be possible in the coming months.

"Citizens' services and interactions with the state will be actions carried out through mobile phones. Everyone has the state there, there is no need to meet anyone. Artificial intelligence makes it possible for us to do extraordinary things. Very soon, e-Albania will not be as it is today, but you will have it in the chat.
