The attorney appointed by the state for Berisha asks SPAK to obtain authorization from the Assembly

Valentina Teodoresku, the lawyer appointed by the state to represent the former prime minister Sali Bertisha for the interrogation session and the assessment of the security measures against him, has requested that the request of SPAK be dropped and ordered to obtain authorization from the Assembly.

She said that Berisha is a deputy and the Constitution must be respected.

Former Prime Minister Berisha is under investigation by GJKKO for passive corruption. He is accused of favoring the son-in-law for the privatization of the former "Partizani" sports complex through legal acts.
