Fredi Beleri and Gligor Mëkuri were on the list of witnesses at the hearing for the candidate who won the elections in Himarë Municipality.

Gligor Mëkuri gave his testimony on what happened.

He told the court that his job is to collect cans and that he had no idea his name was on the list.

"I collect jugs, I didn't know my name was on the list. They told me that if I voted for Beler, they would give me 100,000 lek (old). As for the wife and mother, a hundred more. Niko Panajoti, who is close to my mother, would give me the money. We didn't get the money because we didn't vote," said witness Gligor Merkuri./ CNA
