Who put Erion Veliaj in prison?

Erion Veliaj is the arrested mayor of Tirana, facing 13 charges for 5 serious criminal offenses. After his arrest on February 10, 2025, a media attack campaign against prosecutor Ols Dado and the judges immediately began.

The court now has 60,000 pages of facts and evidence for all the criminal offenses against him, and Veliaj has been using various technicalities and machinations to drag out the legal proceedings for 15 sessions.
