The truth is that this investment is conceived as a strategic project with a direct economic impact for the area and as a new tourist development pole for the country.

For the sake of transparency, which we have built for decades with the public, and correct information of the public, we present below 10 verified truths about the project:

1. The construction permit is 100% complete

The project has received a final construction permit, after completing all legal and technical procedures, respecting every administrative, environmental and urban planning step, including the development of public hearings with the community.
