Special Commission/Bylykbashi: The opposition cannot become a party, it would be
Oerd Bylykbashi

The deputy of the DP, Oerd Bylykbashi, has commented on the establishment of the Special Commission that will appeal the institutions.

Invited to the show Now with Erla Mëhilli, Bylykbashi explained that the purpose of creating this super commission is to get hands on the justice institutions.

He said that it would be fatal for the opposition if at this moment it were to become a party with the tact of the majority, it would be a death sentence for the opposition.

"A part of the deputies who were in the hall voted against. We would vote against it if we were in the room. This was an attitude that unfolded from the moment of the Resolution. The resolution explains the intentions of the majority. To put their hands in all institutions, not only in the justice system. But also other independent institutions.

At the end of the third term, they offer to reform the state, in order to cover everything that has happened. Rama has arrived at the moment to turn the political rotation that happens with votes into a rotation of ministers. Rama repeats himself. The moment an offer is made to sit on a parliamentary committee, which will take over the functioning of the state, there are laws with 3/5.

This commission will go much further than that to make changes in the Justice Reform laws. It is a prepared package. What is necessary is how the opposition can become a party to this story in the last year before the elections and therefore the opposition is annihilated.

Becoming a party at the last moment is practically a death sentence for the opposition. Of course, there are laws that are worth discussing and examining by the parties. But we have another law that we are trying to implement, which is the electoral code, which Rama has blocked for the moment", said Bylykbashi./ CNA
