The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, has stated that from a technical point of view, the vote of immigrants is guaranteed.

In a television interview, Celibashi stated that Posta is a safe service that many countries apply.

According to the chief commissioner, the post office has all the guarantees regarding the integrity of the vote.

"It is a safe service as long as we have no evidence to the contrary, apart from the local postal service. Perform large payment movement and multiple transactions. Vote is an important component.

From a technical point of view it is guaranteed. Most countries in the world apply it. It's not like we should rule out the postal service for overseas votes. We have provided one more option. It has all the guarantees regarding the integrity of the vote", said Celibashi./ CNA
