The testimony of one of those arrested for yesterday's attack on the lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi, an event that took place in the area of ??the former Block, is revealed. 

"We went to give him a message. We did not think that the situation would get so serious and the lawyer would receive such heavy damages", said Dorian Alla. 

Meanwhile, Dritan Jani Nano, 58 years old, who was accompanied by the police, has refused to be the organizer of the event.

"I did not organize the attack on the lawyer. I have nothing to do with the event," Nano is said to have said. 

The police were able to clarify the incident. The 4 perpetrators are Dorian Alia, 32 years old, Drivald Alia, 21 years old, Elton Ndue Kasaj, 33 years old, and Romario Roberto Tabaku, 26 years old, who hit the lawyer with crowbars on Wednesday morning. 

According to the blue uniforms, the lawyer was hit on duty.

From the investigative actions, it appears that the lawyer has legally represented a family who inherited a property in the city of Tirana in a civil process in the first instance and in the appeal, a process which was won by the party represented by him.

Some of the heirs have not agreed to fulfill the legal conditions of the contract signed with the "ALTERUM LLC" Legal Studio. /CNA
