The Director of the Administration of Protected Areas in the Fier District, Ardian Koçi, has irrevocably resigned from the position he holds.

The news was announced by Koçi himself, who shows through a status on social networks the reasons that forced him to take this decision.

The director of Divjaka Park announces that he submitted his resignation on June 15 and claims that it was imposed due to superior-subordinate administrative relations.

He has also published his letter of resignation, where he presents the irregularities at work.

Dear friends!

I feel obligated to update you on my status this beginning of the month. As of July 1, I am no longer the director of the Fier District Protected Areas Administration. On June 15, 2023, I submitted my irrevocable resignation to the director general of the National Agency of Protected Areas.

After my re-appointment in March, I heard from friends and colleagues the expression "broken bread does not stick together", but I, with my responsibility to the task, did not think that superior-subordinate administrative relations would degenerate to the point where this absurd comparison is made.

In fact, the unthinkable happened, forcing me to resign. It was not a normal resignation, but an imposed "resignation". My personality and professionalism do not allow me to work under these conditions.

Below you can find the text of my resignation, where I list a number of factors that forced me to take this decision.
