The former chairman of the Democratic Party of Vula, who wants to take over the leadership of the party destroyed by his own hands, has returned to the referent in his meetings with a handful of people.

Through a post on social networks, Basha says that he will make open lists, vetting in politics, the limitation of mandates, the vote of the diaspora, and the election of the President by the people a reality.

" The opening, modernization, empowerment of youth and circulation of elites within the Democratic Party will be a daily part of our efforts to increase confidence and encourage the engagement of young people in politics.

The change that the silent majority is looking for will start from our political family and then extend to all the country's decision-making institutions.

We will join our forces and energies with all Albanians who want to have the power in their hands, to choose and influence the governance of the country.

The Civic Alliance for Democracy is the tool at the service of this union, regardless of political beliefs, but it is clear that the constitutional and legal changes that the country needs are the precondition to release the extraordinary political and economic potential that our country has.

With the open lists, the vetting of politicians, the limitation of mandates, the vote of the diaspora, the election of the President by the people, giving him the power to control the decisions of the Parliament and the government, we open the door to a great national debate, and with the force of the union we will make it a reality.
