He was received on the boulevard "Martyrs of the Nation" by hundreds of citizens, who participated in the ceremony.

Clinton left the Prime Minister together with the head of the government, Edi Rama, after a meeting he held with the government cabinet.

The ceremony started with the US Anthem and the national anthem and a performance by the singer Manjola Nallbani.
