The Minister of Finance, Delina Ibrahimaj has informed that Albania has had the highest economic growth in Europe.

During a media conference, Ibrahimaj stated that our country has achieved an economic growth of 2.7 percent, while in Europe this growth was 1 percent.

According to her, this progress has affected all sectors in Albania.

"Economic growth resulted in a 2.7 percent increase in the first quarter of 2023.

Higher growth than in Serbia and RMV. We have had growth in all sectors," says Ibrahimaj.

Among other things, the minister adds that there was an increase of 5.15% in the first quarter of the year and in the financial sector.

"There was also a positive contribution in the financial sector. There was an increase of 5.15% in the first quarter of the year, with progress in the financial sector and lending to business and consumers," says Minister Ibrahimaj.
