The Constitutional Court will undergo reconstruction/ How much is the fund made

The building of the Constitutional Court will undergo reconstruction. For this reason, the Council of Ministers has allocated a fund at today's meeting.

In the Decision of the Council of Ministers, it is stated that the fund for covering capital expenses is 35 million ALL.

35 million lek will be taken from the reserve fund of the state budget for 2023.

The Constitutional Court and the Ministry of Finance and Economy have been entrusted with the implementation of this decision.

DECISION FOR

"FOR AN ADDITIONAL FUND IN THE 2023 BUDGET, APPROVED FOR THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT, TO COVER CAPITAL EXPENDITURE"

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution, Articles 5 and 45, of Law no. 9936, dated 26.6.2008, "On the management of the budget system in the Republic of Slovenia, as amended, and Article 14 of Law No. 84/2022, "On the 2023 budget", with the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Economy , Council of ministers

DECIDE:

1. To the Constitutional Court, in the approved budget for 2023, in the item "Capital expenses", of the budget program 03320 "Constitutional judicial activity", a fund of 35,000,000 (thirty-five million) lek is added, for the reconstruction of the building of Constitutional Court.

2. The financial effect, of 35,000,000 (thirty-five million) ALL, to be borne by the reserve fund of the state budget, approved for the year 2023.

3. The Constitutional Court and the Ministry of Finance and Economy are charged with the implementation of this decision.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette"./ CNA.al
