"Through the companies that Ajola Xoxa has opened and reported by us, including the company 'Ajolah' and 'Harabel', we have evidenced, starting from some investigations of the CNA media, how some objects were taken against the free offer without rent and the owners of the objects have benefited from the Municipality of Tirana, i.e. the husband of Mrs. Ajola Xoxa, various projects, tenders, without competition or construction permit illegally", said Kalaja.

Among other things, Kalaja said that another serious denunciation is for prosecutor Olsi Dado, who is not taking any action for the property investigation of Veliaj and his family members.

"We have a more serious denunciation than this one. In today's report, we addressed some questions to SPAK. In June 2024, it was accepted that the criminal investigation started regarding the property of citizens Erion Veliaj, Ajola Xoxa, Veliaj's mother and brother, and this case is handled by the prosecutor Olsi Dado. This prosecutor is not taking any action regarding the property investigation for these citizens where since 2019 the files for Veliaj are endless or is it Veliaj who is putting pressure on Dado for the property investigation? You are all witnesses of how the interceptions of the Çyrbja file were leaked to the media. In this file, there are some fragments that mention a person of justice whom we suspect is Olsi Dado.

CNA deepened its investigation by asking who were the real owners of this building, who were these people or a single man, that a building, which could generate income up to 25 thousand euros per month, according to according to the data obtained from the real estate agencies, to give the building to Ajola Xoxa without rent.
