Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has brought charges against the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, for the latter's 3 apartments.

Duman responded to the accusations this evening in a television appearance, saying that he owns the 3 apartments.

He stated that the apartments are declared in ILDKPI, while he emphasized that he has never accepted bribes or gifts.

"I don't have to give an answer to Berisha, but I give an answer to the public that I am paid from the taxes of the Albanians. My wealth has been checked in detail through a very deep administrative process. Anyone who is interested can go and get the documents there from 'vetting'. I have nothing to hide and I have declared everything and everything is a product of my work and my family as well as a loan that I took before 2006.

I have assets, including these three apartments mentioned by Berisha. Two are before 2013, one is after. They know me very well. Never, never in my life have I accepted not an improper benefit, not a bribe but even a gift that exceeds the amount of $100 that is a legal obligation. I made a pact with myself and my family.
