The former deputy and member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, has commented and highlighted the lack of media response in reporting the incinerators' affair, where he emphasizes that it is a suffocating censorship terribly financed with the money of the incinerators.

Kelliçi underlines once again that the Municipality of Tirana and the mayor Erion Veliaj are the real beneficiaries of the Tirana incinerator.

The former deputy declares that the detailed review of the court decision and the documents of the Ministry of Infrastructure as well as the State Administrator, clearly shows the corrupt links and the manipulation of documentation by the Municipality of Tirana.

Likewise, the malfunctioning of the Project Implementation Unit and the blocking of communication by the Municipality of Tirana show the structural failure of monitoring the incinerator.

Kelliçi calls on SPAK to intensify and take seriously the investigation to find out who are the real ones responsible and to hit the real beneficiaries of this mafia scheme.
