The former deputy and member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, has stated that the signatures of the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, in the Tirana incinerator affair are blatant and undeniable.

He has published documents and evidence proving that Veliaj is the reason that the hundreds of millions of euros in the Sharra landfill are being stolen.

The call for SPAK is not to close the affair of the incinerators with the arrest of some employees of the Municipality, but those responsible and the real beneficiaries of the mafia scheme with the incinerator of Tirana should go where they deserve.
