This is the reason we do not have it foreseen in our budget ceilings. According to the data in the file, Alba Thoma in the capacity of the Director of the Legal Department in the Ministry of Environment had communicated everything with Alda Klosin, informed Klodian Zoton.

According to SPAK, it appears that Alba Thoma coordinated the work with the citizen Klodian Zoto, regarding the return of the answers of the Ministry of Environment regarding the requirements for the fulfillment of the appropriate requirements regarding the concession granting procedure.
