From the session of the meeting of the KPA, held to examine the case of Balla, chairman of the KLP, it is reported about the latter's unbalanced behavior.

While the international observer reacted in surprise, Balla asked him "why don't you talk to me?".

It is also reported that when asked by one of the attendees why he drew attention to the international observer with questions, Balla said with a laugh that on other occasions, Jacobs had greeted him and therefore asked him why he was not talking to him now.

The KPA should ask for an assessment of the mental health of the president of the KLP, who just a few weeks ago, was almost promoted as Minister of Justice by Lali Eri and more./ CNA
