Journalist Julian Hoxhaj has spoken about the Tirana incinerator affair and the violations of the law committed by the mayor in relation to this affair.

Invited to the show "Task Force" with the moderator Sonila Meço, Hoxhaj said that the letter that Mr. Kelliçi posted today in 2017, published by Erion Veliaj, gives Veliaj unwavering guarantees to the contracting authority at that time, the Ministry of Environment.
