Ben Blushi’s partnerships with incinerator owners declared wanted by police/ SPAK in the face of facts

The incinerator concession is one of the most accused in Albania, and the greatest corrupting affair of these 30 years of democracy. A concession, which starts with the incinerator of Elbasan with a cost of 22 million euros, those of Fier with 28 million euros, and finally those of Tirana with 128 million euros.

The incinerator concession is already a file under investigation. A former minister has already been arrested, while two people are declared wanted. So, Stela Gugallja, the owner of the incinerator in Elbasan, and Klodian Zoto, the person who built the incinerators through his company ITS.

But it seems that the tentacles of the concession owners, have spread in the media, where there are also partnerships with former media executives. One of the persons, in partnership in various companies with the owners of the incinerators, is also the former politician and former director of Top Channel, Ben Blushi.

There are at last three companies, where Ben Blushi is partnering with incinerators. First is the company EM Capital Group. A company founded in Bulgaria, and where Klodian Zoto has a 34 per cent of the shares, Mirel Mërtiri 33 per cent, and Eva Blushi, Ben Blushi?s wife, 33 per cent.

So, Ben Blushi?s spouses is a partner in the company EM Capital Group, founded in Bulgaria, with the two main people who come out in the incinerators scheme, Klodian Zoto, and the one who is also called as their ?brain?, Mirel Mërtiri.

Meanwhile, another detail that raises doubts, is the fact that millions of dollars have been paid by incinerators to Bulgaria. According to reliable data from CNA.al, incinerator companies have paid nearly 1.3 million dollars in two bills.

The first is worth 94.8 million Lek or about 940 thousand dollars, and the second with the value of 39 million Lek or about 390 thousand dollars. All this money has been sent to Bulgaria.

Furthermore, it is the same company, EM Capital Group, which comes to Albania and for 2.2 million dollars bought 51 percent of the shares of Valtelina Kafe, which bears the trade name Lori Kafe, and which ?accidentally? has the same owners with Top Channel.

And this happens at the time when Top Channel was run by Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha.

We go further, to a third company, which is called KUDOPAY, where Ben Blushi comes out openly with his name. In this company are co-partners Stela Gugallja, the owner of the incinerator of Elbasan, announced wanted by justice, Vjollca Hoxha, and the former director of television Ben Blushi.

So Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha come out with their names in partnership with one of the incinerators, declared wanted. Media partners in Tirana also do their public advocacy, like many other media paid by incinerators.

Facts and the documents are there, while the SPAK has already the ?proof stone? in his hand.

SPAK should be at the level of expectations of all Albanians and not only, to fully investigate the file of incinerators, including partnerships with owners or even former media executives./CNA.al
