Exclusive-SPAK raids Klodian Zoto’s house/ Computers and other materials seized

On the day that the former Minister of Environment Lefter Koka was called to the Tirana Police Directorate, and then arrested by order of the SPAK, this institution conducted another operation. The operation aimed at arresting citizens Klodian Zoto and Stela Gugallja.

The two people who are the key to the corruption affair of the incinerator of Elbasan, but further in Fier and Tirana. Through operational forces, SPAK conducted checks at the house of Klodian Zoto, where official sources told CNA.al that were seized materials, which allegedly could provide very important data for the investigation.

According to the same sources, computers and other equipment were seized in Klodian Zoto?s house, in which SPAK prosecutors hope to extract communications or materials that Klodian Zoto may have used, writing data, traces of communication, E-mails and others like these, dealing with senior officials or the chain of his companies, which are involved in the corruption affair of incinerators.

SPAK is intensively investigating. But it is strange that prosecutors Dritan Prençi and Vladimir Mara, who are investigating the incinerator in Fier and Tirana, have not signed new arrest warrants to arrest other people responsible for this scandal, including senior officials who have been members of committees, ministers, former ministers or MPs, who are all part of a group, that has been used by Klodian Zoto to go through dubious procedures and everything he wanted, to finally get the concession signatures, which reach an initial value of 178 million, and a total value of over 430 million euros.

The three incinerators are part of a corrupt affair, which to date has led to the arrest of Lefter Koka, the former Minister of Environment in the Rama government, who was caught by SPAK prosecutors, who also discovered some companies, which had received payments from incinerator companies.

So fictitious payments, which had ended up in the pocket of the former Minister of Environment. SPAK has in its hands some large files with materials, which are not simple and only legal procedures, but also investments and payments made by incinerator companies, which even today continue to swallow hundreds of millions of Lek from albanians taxpayers./CNA.al
