Foods that boost the immune system and prevent common colds?

Below are some foods that help support your immune system.

onions

We love sauerkraut, sauerkraut, and cheese because they are so easy to make at home and just as cheap to buy at the store. They reduce the risk of upper respiratory tract infections.
