Basha's soldier agrees with Nikolla/against Berisha in the Council of

MP Enkelejd Alibeaj, otherwise known as Basha's soldier, appeared today in agreement with Lindita Nikolla at the Council of Mandates where SPAK's request to Sali Berisha is being discussed. 

Alibeaj spoke against Genc Gjokutaj's request for the suspension or postponement of this session until a decision is taken by the Constitutional Court. 

"There would be a basis for a request to suspend it pending the Constitutional Court, until the Constitutional Court would have a decision on suspension. There is no decision of the Constitutional Court to suspend the parliamentary procedure. I am in the condition that this request is not accepted", said the deputy.
