The Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi, said during the presentation of the home loan program for the young families of doctors, soldiers and State Police employees, that so far 92 applicants have applied for this program. 

Peleshi underlined that the age of military personnel who want to apply for new apartments with zero interest will go up to 45 years, while the age limit is 27. 

"During 2023 we enabled the opening of a modern laboratory and a dental clinic to treat all our military personnel. The children of those killed in the line of duty do not pay school fees and receive a support of 50 thousand lek. Students of the Military Academy they have free school and they also get basic pay. Now we also have zero credit for the military. There were 92 applicants. This will continue, we will have another call and it will continue every year, we will meet all housing needs. 34 "years old is the average age of the beneficiaries. We can raise the age up to 45 for those who want to benefit, the age limit is 27, with the new ones we will raise it to 30," said Peleshi. /CNA
