"Laws" approve the changes for the Investigative Commissions

MP Gazment Bardhi has spoken about the request made by SPAK for the arrest/revocation of the freedom of MP Sali Berisha.
Bardhi says that in order for the Assembly to grant authorization for deprivation of liberty, the prosecution must bring the complete documentation that is missing in this particular case.
He states that there is zero evidence in the accompanying relationship for the deprivation of liberty.
"The ban on going abroad for a member of the assembly or the obligation to appear must be authorized by the Assembly. The Assembly yesterday made a decision without following the standards of Article 288 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. There was a 5-page report on Berisha's request. For the Assembly to grant authorization for deprivation of liberty, the prosecution must bring the complete documentation that is missing in this particular case. There is zero evidence in the accompanying relation for the deprivation of liberty," said Gazment Bardhi./ CNA
