On Tuesday, the Laws Commission approved with 15 votes in favor the legal changes for the Investigative Commissions. In this committee, the proposals made by deputies Jorida Tabaku and Edmond Spaho were rejected.
In her speech, Felaj underlined that the SP proposal is based on the German law on investigative commissions.
According to this draft law, investigative commissions will be set up only for specific issues and not on allusions. In addition, investigative commissions can be held behind closed doors in certain cases in order to collect the data of the witness who can be interrogated.
