Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to the news that American journalist Marc Caputo had received a response from the State Department that Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha could go to the US. In a reaction on social media, Rama says that the opposition, together with Berisha, see grand dreams.

According to Rama, Berisha did not escape the 'mark'.

Rama calls Berisha's reaction an exemplary brainwashing.

"I said that they really removed the stigma to save Albania from an unprecedented shame, but aha, nothing, it was another one of those mockeries of the Owl with the swamp kennel, where the belief that if the Owl said it, even a donkey flies remains unshakable."
