Rama and Balluku in Vlora/ The first flight from the new airport takes place

This Thursday, the first flight from Vlora airport took place. Prime Minister Edi Rama and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, were present.

Rama stopped for a few moments to take a closer look at the new aircraft and communicated for a few minutes with the Italian captain, without making any comments during the inspection.

During the visit to the new airport, Balluku said that training has been conducted for new employees. Balluku said that some of the employees have come from Pristina to gain knowledge from working at the Vlora airport.

"Some employees are from Kosovo because knowledge is also shared. There are 28 young controllers, boys and girls, who have completed the training. Some were in the Czech Republic and some in Prague. I hope they are the last generation trained abroad, so that they can be trained in Albania in the future. We also work with 3 shifts in 24 hours," said Balluku./CNA
