Prime Minister Edi Rama was present today at the first certification flight at Vlora Airport. In his speech, Rama called it a challenging project, as, as he said, the terrain for construction was difficult, as it is 2 meters below sea level.

Rama said that this airport should raise its name through the service it will offer to travelers.

Rama added that efforts have been made to ensure that quality parameters can be certified by international institutions.

"You know that those who are important arrive late and in the meantime. I never run out of words. Congratulations and best wishes to the employees of Vlora Airport. I would like to thank the group that came from Kosovo in particular. And I express my confidence that the double-headed eagle on the body of the Airport will raise the name of the airport high for the quality of service and the level of smiles.

It was a challenging project. It is 2 m above the ground, as it is below sea level.
