The Llapaj candidate admits: I am a drug addict

The candidate of the Adriatik Llapaj party was released by the police after about 24 hours. Erion Isufi, candidate of the "Albania Becomes" coalition in Saranda, was arrested yesterday in flagrante delicto by the police.

As it was reported, a dose of cocaine was found on the candidate of the Adriatik Llapaj party. The police also conducted a search of his apartment yesterday. As reported, Ergys Isufi was released from the premises of the Saranda Police yesterday evening, around 22:00.

It is learned that in his statements about the incident, candidate Isufi stated that he possessed the narcotics for personal use.

Llapaj is alleged to have expelled Isuf and, in a reaction expressed yesterday about the event, indicated that this citizen did not represent the coalition.

"For ethical reasons, the citizen in question who was the subject of the event that the government threw up today for electoral consumption no longer represents the "Shqipëria Bëhet Initiative" Coalition," Llapaj wrote on social media.

After a statement made by Isufi himself, it is confirmed that Llapaj had drug addict candidates on his lists.

It's quite simple that there can be hundreds or dozens of substance users in a party, but when candidates for MPs are announced and lists are presented, a check on everyone is necessary.

But, this is Llapaj's party, the party of the Sorosians and the Drug Dealers, where within the coalition there is also the party of a pickpocket. /CNA
