At the beginning of September, Prime Minister Edi Rama made some changes in the government, which came after the actions of SPAK, which has investigated several ministers or former ministers, or officials of his government.

Rama said in a television interview that the party must clean itself, so he does not consider himself a stressful element in the SP.

"If the party does not stress itself, it is not me who does it, it is the way we live the SP that is so. That if we don't put ourselves under stress, if we don't have the party under stress, on alert to do better and better, the moment will come when others will stress, but when that moment comes, that's where it ends. It's too late. So I think that all these are part of a way of living in SP, we have no opposition, opponents who can challenge us, our only opponent is ourselves and in case we don't make it available for the change itself, but we leave ourselves in the comfort of self-satisfaction and sufficiency", he said.

The head of government further stated that the changes in the government did not come as a result of SPAK operations.

He emphasized that he welcomes every action of the justice bodies.

"SPAK is not a stressful element, it is a welcome element in political life, and it is also a welcome element in our daily way of living governance because it is an eye that independently and unaffectedly follows our governing activity in the good of the public, so it's one more reason to do better", underlined Rama./ CNA
