After the dismissal, Prime Minister Edi Rama has sent the vacancies for the country's 6 municipalities to the Presidency and the election date is expected to be decreed within 48 hours.

Regarding this development, the head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, has reacted, defending Erion Veliaj and attacking Rama and President Bajram Begaj.

According to Bardhi, what was announced by DP leader Sali Berisha is happening, who said that Rama's plan was to misuse the president and violate the Constitution.

Bardhi said that Begaj cannot decree an election date because there is an appeal to the Constitutional Court, which, after accepting the request, suspended the dismissal.

"First, we must remind them that this is a scenario that was warned by Berisha, where he revealed Rama's plan to misuse the president and violate the Constitution.

The President cannot decree election dates. It would be one of those serious violations of office because the Constitution says that whoever complains to the Constitutional Court, the dismissal is suspended.
