The Conference of Speakers was accompanied by debates between the majority and the opposition regarding the date of the debate motion regarding the government program and the interpellation with Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The Chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, states that the motion has the full understanding of the majority, but it should be presented once more amended as one issue should be included and not six. Balla said that the motion, according to the regulation, has a 30-day deadline from the day of filing to be developed.
