The head of the Opportunity Party, Agron Shehaj, has rejected coalitions with political parties.

In a statement to journalists from Korça, Shehaj said that he will not enter into a coalition with the PD or with other parties.

"We will not be in coalition with any political party.

Today we are focused on the upcoming elections and we will compete with the logo of the Opportunity party, with the list of candidates who will participate in the elections and this is what we are seeing and are focused on at this moment. How the work will come and what we will do depends on many elements, what we want to do, what is the goal, the goal. This is to be decided after the elections," said the head of the Opportunity Party.

Also, he was asked if he will resign in case of defeat.

"Absolutely yes, if I lose and it means we have to divide once if I lose the elections and I don't become prime minister? Absolutely", replied Shehaj./ CNA
