Bushati emphasized that Albania does not have a consensus, which should be fundamental and will be required of us in the European Union as well.

It's been about 40 years since we've been living in transition, and now we have to be serious in this regard. we need a different political climate, we need a climate where there is national consensus. If the Parliament will be in this situation, the opening of negotiations is useless.
