Monday's session at the CEC/SP, LZHK and Albania Behet demand registration

The Central Election Commission announced today that the State Commissioner will hold a public hearing on Monday.

The hearing on October 13, 2025 is scheduled to take place at 2:00 p.m.

The issues for new consideration are the requests of three political entities: the Socialist Party of Albania, the Movement for National Development, and the Albania Becomes Movement, for registration as an electoral entity in the November 9 by-elections.

1. Draft decision "On the review of the request of the political party "Socialist Party of Albania", with Chairman Mr. Edi Rama, for registration as an electoral subject in the local by-elections for mayor, for several local government units, dated November 9, 2025".

2. Draft decision "On the review of the request of the political party "Movement for National Development", for registration as an electoral subject in the local by-elections for mayor, for several local government units, dated November 9, 2025".

3. Draft decision "On the review of the request of the political party "Albania Becomes Movement", for registration as an electoral subject in the local partial elections for mayor, for several local government units, dated November 9, 2025". /CNA
