Ngjela: SPAK has arrested Veliaj with judicial evidence

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has stated that the Special Prosecution Office has arrested former mayor Erion Veliaj with judicial evidence.

In an analysis, Ngjela emphasizes that Veliaj is arrested on charges of corruption by SPAK.

The lawyer emphasizes that criminal charges for a criminal offense are a professional science that deals only with what is called judicial evidence.

Ngjela explains that this judicial accusation focuses solely on the evidence, because this is precisely where the essence of guilt and innocence lies, which must be reflected in a judicial decision in a criminal trial.

In the end, the lawyer says that, with the arrest of Erion Veliaj, it is now thought that for the highly corrupt in Albania, anything can happen.

Something is at play in the high political structure of the Socialist Party.

Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj has been arrested on corruption charges by SPAK.

But in the meantime, an internal conflict is being felt in the top structure of the Socialist Party. And this is because Veliaj, apparently, is denouncing the high level of corruption in the governance of the Socialist Party.

Because all high-level state corruption has been shaken.

Let's see what SPAK has to say about what is happening. But anyway, this is how it happens and has always happened in state crimes of corruption and selling out the national interest.

Of course, we must understand that internal individual resentments in an internal conflict of a political party in power are not judicial evidence. But these in fact lead to, and have always led to, internal crises in political parties in Europe.

But we do not know who Erion Veliaj accused as the reason SPAK initiated criminal proceedings against him.

But, in any case, we must emphasize that this is a matter that is being investigated by SPAK, and therefore it is certain that external interventions or media interpretations have no legal value at all for a criminal charge of this type.

We must emphasize that accusations of the crime of corruption are made only through denunciations to SPAK; all the others that appear in the media for clicks or personal grudges are not judicial evidence for a crime, because a criminal accusation for a criminal offense is a professional science that deals only with what is called judicial evidence.

But we cannot think that SPAK arrested Erion Veliaj without judicial evidence.

That's why we are waiting to hear about his criminal trial.

But at the same time, we must point out that the arrest of a political figure of this level in Albania has until now seemed impossible. But here it is.
