In the case of the decree of former President Meta, the Constitutional Court stated that the Decree on the date of the elections is an individual act that can be appealed to the Administrative Court. The Constitutional Court, under these conditions, could not review the legality of an act, the competence for the review of which belongs to the Administrative Court. The Constitutional Court has violated the Constitution itself. The President issued the decree to provoke the decision-making of the Constitutional Court, since in cases of appeals for normative acts, the Constitutional Court must express its opinion within 10 days.
