The opposition candidate for Tirana, Florjan Binaj, has stated that his candidacy for the Municipality of Tirana was an internal calling and desire for justice.

In a television interview, Binaj said that he had previously been a stepfather because he wanted to go to battles with righteous people.

He emphasized that his candidacy was the right thing at the right time.

Binaj said that the opposition parties supported him and left the dance floor empty for the one who will take over the competition.

"This is an inner calling of mine. I have always wanted justice, it is something that has accompanied me my whole life."

This moment came after years of gatherings with my social group, where they would tell me why I didn't prove I was a stepfather because I wanted to face battles with honest people like me.

The circumstances required that in these days I make a decision that was not at all easy because I bear responsibility, I waited for my circle to say what was on my mind but my heart grew bigger when they said bravo to me. Everyone was telling me that it was the right thing at the right time that the opposition parties supported me and left the dance floor empty as to who would take over.
