Prime Minister Edi Rama, in today's conference with European Commissioner Marta Kos, also spoke about the GJKKO's decision to suspend Deputy Minister Belinda Balluku from her duties. He stated that this government will continue to support the independence of justice, regardless of the cost.

He further added that as long as he is in office, the government will not have any accusations or objections to the decisions of the judiciary, but added that the limit set by the Constitution for independent powers must be respected.

"At this point, we all have to do our job and our role. Our role is to be the guarantor of this independence of justice that Albania is seeing for the first time. To protect this independence of the judiciary even when it weighs on us in the form of injustice, in our opinion. I repeat, there is nothing similar in Europe, but we will respect our border and will not enter the territory of another independent power.
