PSD presents electoral program in Shkodra/ Doshi: We will fight for 3 mandates

The Social Democratic Party has presented its program for the parliamentary elections of May 11 in Shkodra. The leader of the PSD, Tom Doshi, confirmed his candidacy for deputy in Shkodra and stated that his party will fight for 3 mandates in this region. Doshi called on the Diaspora and all of Albania to vote for the PSD on May 11.

 

"I am declaring today that I will be a Shkodra MP for 4 years. Our goal is no longer 2 MPs, but looking at the work and support we have in the Shkodra region, we will fight for 3 mandates. For the Diaspora, I have a call to vote for the Social Democratic Party if they want to see their people happier. The call is not only for the Shkodra region, but for all Albanians, vote for the Social Democratic Party ," said Doshi.

While unveiling the program, PSD's organizational secretary, Klementin Mile, outlined the main points it will rely on. He said that there will be no pension lower than 190 euros.

"One of the main parts that we are launching the program is the economy. 10 million euros to give from the state budget so that businesses can have free technical assistance. SPAK, GJKKO, that is, the justice bodies all have our full support. We will subsidize farmers for each production unit and head of livestock. There should be no pension lower than 190 euros. 10% of jobs in public administration should be for young people who have just graduated. The living wage for all people will be 220 euros per month ," said Mile.

 

PSD leader Doshi described his party's program as suitable for every Albanian family and said that the PSD's promises are all achievable.

" They have worked on this program as if they were making a state budget. Everything a family needs is treated as a family head. It is the citizens' budget for the Albanian economy. Our promises are all achievable, from farmers, the sick, pensioners, and the disabled ," said Tom Doshi.

 

PSD aims to expand throughout the country, while in the last local elections in the Shkodra region it came out on top in terms of the number of councilors./ CNA
